For those who aren't familiar with this, it originally aired on CBS on November 17, 1978. The story is centered around Chewbacca getting back with his family to celebrate Life Day on their home planet, Kashyyyk. The original actors are in this special including Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher. Other performances are from Harvey Korman (Blazing Saddles, Carol Burnett), Bea Arthur (Golden Girls, Maude), and Art Karney (The Honeymooners). It only aired once because after the ratings came out the show didn't rate very high. George Lucas supposedly told every CBS station to pull it and get rid of it.
